What is a message?
The Workflow service may be configured to send messages when:
- Statuses change (Categories "SUCCESS", "WARNING", "DANGER").
- Monitors and parameters are modified (Category "INFO").
Some of the messages may request an action, such as the validation of an event, or approval of the modification of a parameter.
Depending on how your project is set up, the list of messages is available via:
- the Message Inbox widget from the list of widgets
- a message icon in the Header Bar of the dashboard. The number immediately to the right of the icon indicates the number of unread messages.
Product development teams may implement email notifications in addition to messages.
The following example shows messages from the sample application. The content and events that trigger messages may be customised to the organization's needs.
The features described below will help you to search and process the messages.
Select all or some of the messages to subsequently Mark as read or Delete:

Filter messages by category:
Add, Remove, Sort and Freeze columns in the Table.
